Hi lovelies! Spring break has officially started for me, and I got the opportunity to kick it off in a major way. I partnered up with Teen Vogue to host a Spring Refresh Party with some of my closest friends; you might have seen my posts on Instagram, so here’s a little recap for ya!
In similar fashion to my Back to School brunch, I threw a lunch party. The food at Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen in Lake Nona was great, and the solarium was the perfect, intimate area for all my guests to get to know each other.
I typically start out with an icebreaker to help everyone feel more comfortable, so that conversation naturally flows around the table. Before you know it, each person has at least one new friend by the time the food comes out!
My favorite thing about my Teen Vogue-sponsored parties is my friends getting to know one another. It’s such a great feeling to be in a positive and supportive environment, just celebrating a new season and life in general. Tbh… everyone should throw a Spring Refresh party of their own at least once in their lifetime.
And this time, I had to have dessert. Check out my Instagram page to see who did an amazing job on my cake (thank you, Lauren!) It was a vanilla cake with buttercream frosting and white chocolate ganache for the drip, AKA… absolutely amazing.
After having great conversation and great food, my lovely guests dug into their goodie bags with surprises from some pretty cool sponsors, and then we had an hour long photoshoot, which was like a second party in itself.
All in all, hosting this party was a BLAST and I’m so grateful for another opportunity to work with Teen Vogue. Thank you to all of my friends who came out, and I hope everyone who is on spring break this month enjoys it! (P.S., you can shop my outfit below!)
