One of my staple Spring looks involves floral. I love wearing floral rompers and dresses as well as wearing smaller doses such as floral print heels and statement necklaces. I decided to style a floral romper I randomly found on a Target clearance rack a couple of years ago. At the time, I wasn’t big on rompers in general, but I figured I would give the trend a go. I wound up falling in love with rompers and the rest was history. lol.

Since the romper is overall fairly pastel/muted, I figured I could accessorize in one of two ways: the neutral route, which would be accomplished by using taupe shoes and a taupe clutch, or the bold route, with cobalt shoes and a cobalt clutch. I went for the pop of color with cobalt, to bring out the blue in the romper. Both my clutch and heels are from Zara’s past spring/summer seasons. I also opted for very simple jewelry that doesn’t quite show up in the pictures.
I think my romper is best suited for going out to eat (brunch or dinner), or out on the town with the squad. Different cuts and silhouettes would be better suited for music festivals and theme parks, and they’re definitely out there and worth a try!
Here are some floral rompers that I’ve been feeling lately. I think the next one I purchase will be a simple white one with the dainty floral elements:
