Hi lovelies! Happy November! I can’t believe I haven’t updated in so long, but October was a really hectic month for me having five exams at school. The outfit I’m sharing with you all today is my last OOTD for October. We had a period of nice, cool weather, and as soon as I decided to debut this outfit, the weather warmed up again. Go figure.
This outfit may or may not have (totally) been inspired by Drew Barrymore’s character in Music & Lyrics. All of it, aside from my purse, is from one of the most wonderful places on Earth… Target. The dress is the Women’s Cross-front Babydoll Long Sleeve with Mirrors dress, and I LOVE the Indian-inspired mirror detailing on it, as well as the color. I got so many compliments on it, and I kind-of wish it wasn’t such a standout dress so I could get away with wearing it more often. The boots are the Women’s dv Marilyn Over the Knee Fashion Boots, which are absolutely gorgeous. I was able to walk around the mall in them for a few hours and my only complaint was that it was a little too warm to wear boots that high. For reference, I’m 5’9″ and a half, and I have thick calves for my frame so knee-high boots/over-the-knee boots are usually a struggle for me.
Wishing you all a prosperous November! Stay tuned for the looks I’ve been waiting all year to debut 😉
