Trenitalia: manage your Rome to Naples train ticket (must pre-load confirmation number & email)
TripIt: syncs reservations from your email into one itinerary with weather, addresses, etc.

Packable sunhat (you can buy one in Italy, just make sure you can bring it back without crushing it!)
